Harvey Rosen

Rosen is Chief Operating Officer of The Kreller Companies and has been with the company since 1997. He has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial, consumer and business information industries. Rosen held numerous leadership positions within multinational credit agencies including Vice President of Equifax, Chilton Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet respectively. While in the consumer credit space, Rosen was instrumental in developing the first generic risk score with FICO while at Chilton, and at Equifax was the General Manager of Equifax Utility and Telecommunications, and was a key contributor to the development and success of Decision Power. At D&B, he developed several groundbreaking process models including Change Notification Services, DunSprint, DunsVoice, and DunTrade. He is an authority in the areas of information services and information cost reduction. His expert testimony has been regularly utilized in legal matters pertaining to credit scores. Rosen is a proud graduate of Kansas State University.

Dan O’Connell

O’Connell has been with Kreller Consulting for 25 years. He is currently Vice President of Kreller Consulting. He specializes in the areas of credit information systems analysis including both the commercial and consumer sectors as well as data information systems evaluation. Prior to his tenure with Kreller, O’Connell was with CBS Personnel Services in their technical recruitment division. He received his B.S. from Ohio University.

Tod Schertzer

Schertzer has been with Kreller for 23 years. Prior to his position at Kreller, Schertzer was a consultant at Strategic Insights. He was an integral part in the creation of the Kreller Consumer Consulting division and specializes in assisting large companies and financial institutions in the reduction of annual data expenditures. He is a graduate of Xavier University.

Chris Harsh

Harsh Joined Kreller Consulting in 2015. Prior to his position with Kreller, he was a new business development executive with LexisNexis, North American Research Solutions. Harsh has extensive business development experience across multiple industries and vertical markets. His areas of expertise include new business sales, sales operations, sales performance development, sales process management and new client acquisition. Harsh received his B.S. from Miami University of Ohio.

Kim Starwalt

Starwalt has been with Kreller for 30 years. She was one of the company’s first consultants and has been critical to Kreller’s expansion since its inception in 1988. She came to Kreller from Dun & Bradstreet where she was an account management executive. Her areas of expertise include commercial and credit information systems analysis and data information systems evaluation. She received her B.A. from the University of Illinois.
